Dr Rebecca Robinson SEM, will coordinate your care. Your initial appointment will involve taking a thorough medical history and arranging for any necessary tests to establish your current baseline and tailor your treatment. 

 

Mhairi Keil Nutritionist, is highly skilled in developing a nutrition plan which will best address the symptoms of your condition and that is also achievable within your lifestyle. 

 

Dr Paulina Kloskowska, Physiotherapist & Grace Covington, Pelvic Health Physiotherapist will work together to regain your strength. From recovering your pelvic floor muscle strength to developing a maintainable exercise plan which benefits both your physical goals and maintains the health of your hormone balance. Sarah Hodson & Charli Hilton will support through specialised soft tissue and Pilates where appropriate.

  2. Follow ups every 3-6 months to discuss progress

  1. Initial 2 hour appointment to discuss the potential issues & exercise plan, with focus on strength, load management incorporating lifestyle changes

  2. Follow ups each month to track progress

Consultations with Grace Covington

  1. Initial consultation to discuss issues and specific exercise plan

  2. Initially weekly appointments for 4-6 weeks to build confidence in new exercise regime

  3. Follow up appointments every 2 months to track progress

Consultations with Mhairi Keil

  1. Initial consultation to discuss nutrition and establish a plan

  2. Follow up appointments every 2 months to track progress
